Steers Walker Drive

I am not one to complain, we visit Steers Walker Drive at least 4 times a week as my daughter saves her R8's for the weeks ice-cream.

I went in there tonight also to buy ice cream for the whole family. I then see the advert of the ice-cream with the syrup. I then want to cancel one Oreo cone and order the cup with the chocolate sauce. This Kate(hope she gave me the right name) working there then told me it will be more so I said yes I saw you advertise it for R19.99 then she starts carrying on and shouting like a mad thing saying FROM, which is not a problem. Then she tells me there is the prices! Then she starts mumbling in her own language the whole time while she was making the ice creams. She does not belong in a shop where you work with the public. I will think twice before I go there again, just because of her. The other staff no problem, the cashier was so friendly.

Very unprofessional
