Steers Vryheid stole my money

We have ordered online on Saturday 23 July. Order number 96. Upon delivery we noticed that there were 2x burgers short. When trying to phone our local store in Vryheid, we will be re-directed to the call centre. Then transferred to the store. We phone about 10 times whitout any success. The operator will say to us that they will need to refer the matter to the online manager and will get back to us. It has been more then 30 minutes now and still this is not resolved.

So basically they have ****** our money. As we paid for 4x burgers and only received 2.

Steers is a disgrace. We will never buy from them again.
