Steers Vouchers not working

Please be advised that I purchased two Steers Vouchers and both of them saying that it is invalid.

I went into my banking app and it shows that the Vouchers was redeem.

I ended up paying cash for my son's meal after purchasing the Vouchers.

I am really not happy as this is R200 going down the drain.

Please can you be so kind to look into this for me.

You app also not very user friendly.

I have also emailed *** since Sunday the 11th of Desember without any replies. Steers is *****ing from people and willing to assist.
