Steers Vermeulen Street, Pretoria, almost a month, still no food!!!!

I ordered food on the 30th of January and it was never delivered, when I phoned the Vermeulen street branch to follow up on my delivery, the manager refused to speak to me. I have left messages, called Steers, more than once but still NOBODY calls me back. I have called their hotline number and spoke to Dre and still no response Its been almost a month and I still am waiting for the delivery of almost R 500 worth of food.
