STEERS UPINGTON AT ENGINE GARGE

We were at a sports gathering on Friday, it was late and we decided to grab take aways at Steers, my father and finance order a Mighty King Steers Burger, my mother the chicken special and i ordered a King Steers burger. Our orders was to separate orders. We live 10 km out of town after we got there and as we started packing out the food we saw that my father got a normal King steers burger with only 2 patties and 2 cheeses but he paid for mighty king steers burger. We phone Steers but there was no manger on shift so we spoke to the supervisor which advised that we can bring the burger and he will just add the patty we explained that we live 10 km out of town and that we cannot drive back for a patty, The supervisor said he would call back after a while they phoned back telling us that the next day we can stop there and just pick up the patty that is short.. This is the most pathetic service I have received ever. I can they expect a client to drive up and down for one patty never once did the supervisor said that he would refund of anything. STEERS UPINGTON T ENGIN GARGE IS PATHETIC WITH THE WORST SERVICE THERE IS.
