STEERS UNPROFESSIONAL Manager

The level on unprofessionalism from a Manager at Steers Berea today was beyond me. They packed a wring order for me when I phone to notify them about this she said I must come to the store to get my correct order and bring the wrong order with me.

I clearly told her I've already paid for my food to be delivered she cannot expect me to use money again to go to the store and pay transport again to return back at work. She said then there is nothing she can do. She will call me again till now she hasn't. Mind you I was calling for the second time, first time she put the phone down on me. I am very disappointed and angry with how she handles the situation. And the fried chips tested like they were soaked on uncooked oil.
