Steers unacceptable

I would like to lay a complaint as I am extremely unhappy with service, actually the lack thereof.

I placed an order via the steers app on 10.09.2019. The app took my pin point location and the order was made 7:09.

An hour later I called the shop as the food still was not delivered. I was then advised the order was on its way. Thereafter the driver called me from the steers in noordheuwel and said he could not find the address. I then explained exactly where I live and how to get here in a very detailed description and repeated myself. An half an hour later he still did not deliver the food. Please at this stadge note that this is a 7 min drive from the shop to my house. I called and spoke to the manager to see what was going on. She then repeated the entire situation after I told her I directed him in detail. I then asked if she could recall the driver to the shop so that we can come and fetch the food as this was a hopeless exercise. She then felt entitled enough to tell me it is 8:45 and they will be closing at 9 so we have to be there in time which I found extremely rude as we were going out of our way to drive to the shop even though we were waiting for an 1 and 40 min for the food. I am a regular customer there and I am disgusted with the service and treatment I received. I understand these this happens and drivers get lost but I explained multiple times how to get to my house and still no food by 9.
