Steers Umhlanga Ridge Total Garage

The most disgusting service and even complaints department is useless and no empathy whatsoever. Manager disrespectful even after calling to apologize he was not interested and I had to keep calling back These were messages between me and complaints I have just received the most disgusting service from Steers in Gateway Total garage. I had ordered a wack Wednesday before I could receive my receipts the lady left me and started packing for another customer, I had to ask her for my receipt as I needed to go inside the Garage. I cam back with my till slip Bing order 111. The lady by the griller started making sny comments about how they not going to waste their time rushing wack Wednesday that are not double. They only put an effort if it's 4 or more, the gentleman and the cashier laughed at what I also thought was a joke. Only when they skipped my order for order 112 who had ordered double pack of wack Wednesday. I had to ask the gentleman where my order was for and request for a refund than they made it. What gets to me is I am rushing for transport from Gateway to town at this hour just because my kids enjoy steers I took the risk and I have your stuff members undermine the 60 odd rand I spent today. I must say I am angry and I am now standing in a long que not sure if I wil get transport in town just because they decided my money was not worth much respect
