What is the point of ordering online, when you get in store, and people queing's order is done before yours? Cashier **** to my face after assuming I couldn't understand the conversation between her and the lady in the kitchen, when she asked where's the burgers without garnish, the lady in the kitchen said someone probably gave it to another customer, turned around and told me the order got "soggy and old" and they are going to make me new ones. How does an order become soggy within 30 minutes, and how do you know the burgers are soggy if I could clearly see you looking for and not finding my order.

Three cashiers standing and chatting while one is working her ass off to get orders out. Where's the pride??
