STEERS Tygervalley - service sucks

Steers Tygervalley - so we bought a burger and chips take away. The chips were very tasty - the burger was just a bun. there was nothing on it. I drove back to Steers , reported this to the manger on duty "oh sorry" - and presented me with another burger ( as if they had some standing by) - no apology - no offer to re-imburse the fact that I had to drive back and find parking again. POOR service - POOR food - and a poor attitude.
