Steers Trade Route Mall ****************

I placed an order for the Shake It Up Meal at Steers Trade Route Mall. To my surprise they wanted to charge me R129.90 excluding delivery. Is this false advertising of R99. 90 or did the Steers Trade Route Mall want to pull a fast one one me and rip me off.
