Steers Trade Route Mall bad customer service

Steers Trade Route mall excepted my order on the app only to receive a call minutes later telling me they are not able to deliver to my area…After I explained to the lady that called (I think she said her name was Kgomotso) that I have paid for order online and since the refund will not go through immediately then it means my kids will go to bed without food because steers is sitting with my money. She told me she was gonna speak to her “area manager “ and get back to me instead I get an SMS minutes later notifying me of a refund that will take 5 days. Very Bad experience from Steers Trade Route Mall
