Steers Trade Masters Of Bad Service
Steers Franchise Trade Route keeps on asking us to use their app online and order food for delivery but there is always an issue with us Eldorado Park citizens. I have to ask is our money not as good as the people of Lenasia. because the last I checked we staying in the same country which is South Africa and the buying power of money is exactly the same. I think the owner really just doesn't take us customers seriously. I placed an order 14:55 and I received the delivery of my food 16:10. Alps I think it's about time they sort the delivery fee out as I believe they are self enriching and day light ******* charging R15 delivery and then demanding we pay R30.

27 Dec 2019, 16:35So they deliver my food over an hr later. and you know when food was standing long and the roll is hard and dried out. This is very much unacceptable as Portia calls me me and realizes my order hasn't gone out and then sends it quickly out. This I feel is unacceptable as I didn't get my monies worth. I am not asking for handouts but I'd like to get what I am paying for. I am expecting this time around for the owner to call me as I will be forwarding this to Steers Headoffice.
