Steers took my money and voucher more than month ago without getting products or refund

Honestly don't deserve even a star. I reported Steers almost month ago about them taking my money and voucher but not received anything. After more calls I can recall and countless e-mails to Steers , I am still waiting for response. At this point I honestly can say they stole my money.. because they are not even trying to fix their mistake. The way I currently feel.. they will never see me again.
