Steers Tokai - deceiving and **************

I placed an order online for delivery, this was to cafda. I called the branch prior to placing the order to confirm that they do deliver to my house. The manager, confirmed they do deliver and I can expect my order shortly. 1 hour passed i phoned to follow up again, as to where my order was.

The manager now said the driver wont go to my area and I need to fetch my own food I then went with a bolt to get my food only when I arrived she said she forgot to let me know the driver left already and i must go home to get my food. The food arrived ice cold.

Here is the issue:

It is clear ************** based on my address, a blatant ************** and after I verfied all of this. I had to waste money and put my life at risk, especially at this time of the year where they kidnap women. To get food and a service that was confirmed to have been provided.

Secondly the manager **** on the phone and made me a valuable customer feel like a *****.

I am aggrieved and unhappy.

How do I now ever again go to a place that would treat people like that. Its ridiculous and unsafe.

There must be repercussions for this.
