Steers to minimise consumer complaints and to maintain high standards as food outlet

I was driving to Durban on the Mother's Day, I pulled off at Shell Ultra city in Estcourt to get something to eat. I wanted to buy a half chicken but I was told that the chicken has just been put on the stove, the wings for R49,90 I can get. Then I have ordered the wings, to my disappointment the wings were like boiled, chips were brownish as if were made from the overused oil and I immediately ask the lady who brought them to me that these wings are not anyway closer to what is in the menu. She brought me a sauce instead. I was so disappointed and furious such I could not devour the food. Took pictures of the wings served and the menu to be shared so that I can share with people.
