Steers The Glen, unhygienic!!!

I went to Steers at The Glen Mall and a gentleman that was helping ne wS very helpful, however I then noticed that the lady preparing my meals was not wearing any gloves and handling my meals with her bare hands. When I asked her to wear gloves she said she doesn't use them, I then asked her to use a kitchen utensils to handle my food and she said she can not. I asked to speak to the manager called princess to address the matter and she said ever since Covid 19 happened they stopped wearing gloves and handle food with bare hands so if I was not happy with that fact then I might aswell get my money back and so I opted for the money back. The manager was not bothered at all and allowed the staff to conversate about the matter Infront of me being dismissive about it. She said she had no contact details of their head office.
