Steers The Avenues, rotten food

Mom Bought at meal at Steers The Avenues in Springs on Wednesday & also bought ice cream with caramel sauce. When she was driving home and having the ice cream, she realised there was on offish smell & taste to the caramel sauce ontop of the ice cream. Once she got home she called Steers on *** around 17:02 & spoke to a male manager to inform them the caramel sauce was off. The manager didn’t apologise instead said he would get back to my mom which he didn’t. If u would like proof, the ice cream is still in the fridge as mom didn’t finish it. Mom had the burger & went to sleep. Throughout the night she was sweating and nauseas and this was on and off. In the morning as she was leaving for work driving, she because dizzy and nauseas and pulled over to call her doctor who was unfortunately not available however she managed to drive herself into the emergency rooms at Parklands Hospital in Springs. The nurses and doc were quick to respond to her and assisted her. After some tests were run, they found she had food poisoning. The last meal she had was the burger from Steers and the ice cream with caramel sauce. I can only imagine how many of ur customers bought the same ice cream with ur off caramel sauce and got sick. Here is a woman warning u about something and u turned a blind eye to the information she was giving u. I would like an explanation as to why no one came back to her and why ure selling rotten stuff to the public.
