Steers terrible Service Delivery

<p>I am fed up with the continued lack of service delivery from the fast foods in and around Queensburgh Durban. They continously mix up the orders, deliver the wrong product or completely forget an item from the order. This round I ordered a milkshake for myself and a coke zero for my wife with our meals, I was contacted and told that they do not deliver milkshakes, although disappointed I opted for a cool drink as well in the milk shakes place. Once delivered we discovered that I was charged R28 for a milkshake and got a cooldrink, apparantly they are same price? And my wife got a fanta orange, I suppose it tastes the same as coke zero? Why do we have to endure these simple yet frustrating issues, surely I should get what I pay for! Every order feels like I'm ordering a lucky packet, can't wait to see what I get next.</p>
