Steers terrible service!!

I ordered at steers vermeulen street in Pretoria cbd, I waited over an hour but there was no delivery all they could say was sorry they don’t know what happened to the driver and he’s new. I ordered again and waited over 45 minutes still no delivery and all they could tell me was that the driver’s phone is off and since he left with my order. I ended up ordering at Steers Pretorius street. I didn’t like they’re service at all, only after 2 hours they call me to deliver my order which is ridiculous to me as I work 10 minutes away from the steers. I’m so heartbroken as now I have to pay extra fees for delivery, the service was the worst experience ever!!
