Steers terrible service

Last night 23/04/2020 i placed an order at steers at exactly 8:07pm and then i ordered from Debonairs as well(our Debonairs and steers and fishaways are all three under one roof so you can order from more then one restaurant at the same time.) In this time i was phoned 5 times to repeat my order which was one mega ribster meal and the dark chocolate pudding from Debonairs and to verify my address. At 9:22 pm we still have not received our food and thats when i phoned to ask how long the food would still be and the lady told me the driver left he is on his way, okay thats fine but at 9:40 the food is not here and i live 4 minutes away from the restaurant. At 9:45 the lady phones me and tells me that the driver did not take both orders and he is only delivering the steers but they will send another driver with the chocolate pudding i tell her that it is fine and i thank her. At 10:24 i phone her and ask her what the hold up is and she tells me they are on my way i have to be patient but j am starting to loose my patience because how can this possibly take this long? At 10:30 the Debonairs driver delivers the chocolate pudding and he asks my husband if the driver from steers has delivered his food yet a d he tells them no he was supposed to be here before you, so thw Debonairs driver tells my husband that they are closed now and will not deliver his food and by this time i am very upset and angry. I phoned them about 7 times until the lady phoned me at 11:00pm she asks me if i have received my order i tell her that i have not she tells me ok they are on their way. At 11:08 two ladies get out of their personal car to deliver me my order i ask them what is wrong and why it took so long and their response is the drivers took off so now we have to personally deliver everyones food. So it 11:08pm and two ladies are driving around alone to deliver food that was not supposed to be delivered by then because the driver wanted to go home? This is the most terrible service i have ever encountered i am very disappointed to say the least, salute to the ladies who took it upon themselves to make the deliveries but its not their job to make deliveries and it is dangerous for two women to drive that time of the night and how is it possible that you order food which is one burger and one chocolate pudding at 8:07 and recieve your food after more then 20 phone calls at 11:08?
