Steers Tembisa (Engine Garage)

I got on the Steers App and I ordered food, they sent me an SMS, email and and a notification on the app that my order did not go through I should try again. I decided I will try something else, went out and got food, came back and ate. I get a call 15 mins later from the driver asking me to call him because he doesn’t have airtime. I indeed buy airtime from my app and call him. He was shouting at me for starters, I had a good mind of telling him to go back with that food I didn’t order it, but I decided that maybe it was going to put his job at risk or something. Paid for the food and he coerced me to tip him. Due to loadshedding I mistakenly took out R100 instead of R10( that he didn’t even deserve). I notice 2 mins later that I gave him R100, called him and he refused to come back. The store is not taking my calls and it’s not my first bad experience with Steers and its neighbour in Tembisa Engender garage. I’ve never had a driver who was nice to me.
