Steers Taking more than 1 Hour 30 minutes to deliver my food and it's still not here.

I placed an order on the Steers app for delivery at 18:01 at Steers Highlands Centre in Centurion. I called Steers Highlands Centre at 19:03 and complained about the amount of time it took to deliver my food. They told me that the driver would be leaving with my food in 5 minutes from the time I spoke to them. It is now 19:35 and I'm still waiting for my food. It had been over 1 hour 30 minutes. I'm appauled by the service of this steers branch. I'm not happy at all. I'm starving waiting for food that's taking forever to get to me.

I'm totally disappointed by Steers Highlands Centre. I've even lost my appetite.
