Steers takeaway restaurant*****r food&service

On 1st March,it's 'Wacky Wednesdays'@Steers,we went to Bothasig branch,placed our order(2×wacky wednesday specials+1 med chips)although shop almost empty,they mistakenly gave our food to motorcycle delivery guy!when l contested this with cashier+manager,l was just ignored+got our order 25 minutes later!on opening food@home,found 1 pair of hamburgers had no trimmings on them and chips were cold+overfried!have lodged complaints with Steers customer care(sent formal complaint+ spoke to consulant)after having no success,was told to contact Famous Brands(franchise holder) after filling in complaint on questionnair,just prompts 'Original Text a better translation' when l submit it!Phoned Steers customer care again+was told to submit my complaint(again)to '***' which l was unable to locate on a search!!they make it so difficult to lodge a complaint that eventually aggrieved party will give up in frustration!kindest rgds JH Schroeder(email:*** or mobile:***)
