Steers take away deliver - Waterfall, Durban

Last night I placed an order online from Steers, Watercrest Mall, Waterfall.

Our order took over an hour, our order was not big, nor complicated (2 beef cheese burger combo meals). When the Debonairs delivery service arrived, there were no beverages. The driver wasnt even sure what he was supposed to be giving me.

When I opened the take away bag, there was one chicken burger and one beef burger. Both proteins were RAW!!! I expect for an order that takes forever to at least be cooked properly! The chips were extremely stale, dry and tasteless.

There as never been a time where an online order from Steers has been trouble free, I have always given the benefit of doubt as I am in the hospitality industry and I know that issues happen in the operation. But raw chicken, stale chips and paying for something that just doesn't arrive - it's the last straw!!!
