Steers Sutherland Wierdapark, order placed and they simply did not deliver it.

Last night 19:46 I phoned Steers Sutherland to place an order for Delivery and spoke to Phuti, he was very helpful took my order and confirmed my address (maybe 3km from the restaurant) and said they will deliver.

Guess what we never got our order from 20:50-21:00 I was on hold for a manager at the store and they simply did not answer the phone.

I do not know what is worst, the fact that the franchisee is losing stock and revenue or that we ended up eating grilled cheese sandwiches for supper due to no delivery.
