Steers Sunnyside very bad service and timing

Very bad service and timing. Did order my food at 12h30. A hour and a half passed. Still did not receive the food. After calling a couple of time, and the phone being dropped in my ear. they told me they will call back. Around 15h00 they said the food is on its way.requested that the manager of sunnyside steers contact me. Still waiting by the time im posting this post at 17h49, still did not call me to express the bad service that I received. And I did tell them I am going to post on Halo Peter. And all they can say its on its way Only by 16h30 they wanted to deliver the food. Already cold. So did not accept it. Due to the bad service. So hope everybody can see the bad service that they are providing. Hope after this they will call me.
