Steers - Sunnyside failure to deliver food after I made a payment

Last night at around 20:45, an hour before closing time, I made an online order at Steers - Sunnyside for 2 Big Bacon King Steer Meals valued at a total of R219.

I didn't get any communication from the store regarding the delivery besides an sms saying my order has been received, 30 minutes later I called and was told that the delivery man was on his way and all I could was the employees laughing and shouting in the background.

I waited another 30 minutes before calling again and at this point I had been waiting for 1 hour and 30 minutes for my order but my call was ended from the restaurant's side.

We never received any update from Steers - Sunnyside regarding our order and was so disappointed that I paid my hard-earned money without hesitation but when it was time for Steers to deliver they treated me like I was nothing and really showed me that they don't care for their customers as much as they do.

I am deeply disappointed
