Steers Sunnyrock Branch

A message was sent to Steers that received no priority since 21 April 2022.

"Dear management of Steers (Sunnyrock Branch).

Today I purchased a toasted cheese and a medium fries at your Sunnyrock branch and for the SECOND time, I have found hair in my food. The pictures are attached.

The first time it was in a burger and I did not lay a complaint and now again in my fries. I almost finished the entire packet of fries and then saw this and I was sick to my stomach.

This is extremely dissatisfying and unhygienic.

And on another note, every time I buy fries, the potatoes are half-peeled and fried with most of the potato skin. It gives your fries such a bitter taste. As my go-to at any time of the day, I have no choice but to complain as I do not expect this kind of service from such a well-known brand.

You may ask yourself why I keep coming back if I am not happy but I work up the road from the Sunnyrock branch and it is a close stop through the drive-thru during a lunch break for my colleagues and I. If this is the service we get, we will not be back because it looks like I am not the only one complaining.
