Steers stole my money

On Wednesday 26 February I made an online order from steers newlands east. A online payment was made with my cheque card. Whilst waiting for my order for approximately 45 minutes I noticed the delivery driver pull up to my home and without stopping proceeded to my neighbors residence. I heard him hoot and I was making my way to meet him and receive my order. As I reached the road I found that he had already left this entire scene took not more than 5 min. Numerous calls to the store went unanswered and the call center was of no help as they kept referring me to the store after I continually told them that the store is not answering my call. Steers has taken my money and not delivered my food. Terrible service and useless customer care.
