Steers Sterland late & wrong order

I had a nightmare yesterday. I placed an order online around 20:45 of Burger with chicken fillets hence I'm allergic to beef, I can't recall the name of it but it's R71+R10 for delivery. Around 21: 35 I called the store to check what's happening but no one picked up the phone. I was hungry, I couldn't take it anymore and finally asked a friend to take me there. When I got there everyone was busy rushing to go home no 1 had seemed to have an idea where is my order. Lady said driver is already on his way to my place to deliver but driver was not not calling either. After sometime driver called saying he's outside my place, I told him I'm already in-store. They decided to make a new order with small portion of chips and BEEF burger. I was told they don't have chicken fillets now. I was so tired and hungry. It took ages to get that so called order. Yesterday I had to eat bun , cheese, tomato etc kinda sandwich from Steers . My order was later with an hour , it was wrong when i get there. I ordered Fanta G**** and they gave me Lemon Twist. My friend and I ddnt put order at the same time but when they gave us burgers they used 1 paper bag without asking if we are together. I waited for almost 5 minutes for new paper bag mind you I haven't ate. At the end of the day, you guys you will say customer's talk to much but no that was uncalled for. The sad part everyone was busy with their own staff not caring about my situation. I suggest you call the customer and advise when is the food will be delivered or be ready if it's for collection. I payed for R10 delivery of which driver ddnt deliver. I understand you wanna go home but KINDLY make sure you update the customer's. It was my 1st time ordering online yoo disaster.Service was terrible ??
