Steers *****ing my money

Steers centurion Lifestyle has got to be one of the worst services recived. On friday at 19:32 i ordered via their app and by 8:25 i decided to call them to investigate why i did not receive my food to which the operator said it was on the way. at 8:45 i called again and the operator said my food had been delivered which was weird because I HAD RECIEVED NOTHING! I then asked him to follow up which he said he would call back and by 9pm I called back and the line just dropped! I would like a full refund from Steers and would definitely not recommend their services
