Steers staff.. no honesty and integrity!

On Saturday afternoon, 20th Feb we visited Steers in Wonderboom junction. We decided to the drive through and ordered full chicken with 3 large chips. Once we received the order we quickly checked the items before we drove off. We notice that the fries were burnt! We then parked the car and went inside the shop to request new fries as those we visibly burnt. They gave us a lousy excuse saying that all fries come out like this when they use "new oil" which made no sense at all! They then agreed to swap the for new ones. We then left and went home. Just as we are about to eat, we notice that those burnt fries were actually underneath the so called new fries. So they just placed new fries on top and gave the burnt fries again! We have never heard of this excuse ever in my life, that fries burn when using nee oils. What is more upsetting is that they changed the top fries only and they thought we wouldn't notice. Where is the honesty and integrity in that?! Very disappointed!!
