Steers Springs Mall BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

Not the 1st time we have had problems with orders & delivery from springs mall! Today I again decided to give them a try and placed an order with them @ 17h18 @ 17h59 I phoned the store to find out if they at least started my order they informed me that my oder is finished and that the driver is on his way, @ 18h25 I phoned the store again to find out where the driver is because we only live 3.2kms from the store and surely it can't take him that long to do a delivery upon which the lady I assume the store manager because I insisted to speak to the store manager told me that "the driver FORGOT our oder at the store but he will deliver it when he returns to the store from his current delivery" I informed her that she must just cancel the order because this is not the 1st time we received similar bad service delivery from this particular store and I don't accept the excuse of we are busy because it is wacky Wednesday then they should just say the store is not able to process your order!! I took screenshots of the time of order and from there I could not even track my order online. Never will I again support that particular steers
