Steers Southgate Mall branch...not worth it!

Steers Southgate Mall is definitely one franchise I will no longer be supporting ever again! What a disappointment we got when we got home and opened our mild full chicken and chips order on the 6th of January this year... honestly if I could give them half a start or none at all, I would...chicken was dry and tasteless didn't even look fresh....the chips were brown oily and wrinkled...it's as if they were soaked in oil to be heated up. It's really unacceptable...what a waste of our money!! can this branch please request training from the King Shaka airport branch or even nearer to them, the Ormonde branch because they clearly need it or they can just rather close their doors. Personally I will NEVER ever purchase anything from Southgate Mall steers branch again !!!
