Steers Soneike

Steers does not, in the slightest, care about customer complaints. No response from the store or Famous Brands (Hello head office?). It is so sad to see this once loved and trusted brand go straight down the drain. Staff are exceptionally rude too. Wow. Could not even pay my family to go back to Steers after the last 3 horrific visits. So disgraceful and frustrating.
