STEERS SOMERSET MAIN ROAD _ BAD SERVICE

I have placed a online order 19:45 at steers in somers west main road. R329.80 was deducted from my bank account. It is now 21:12 and still no food!! Now I have spend that amount of money and still make supper because you are so pathetic that you can't even do a 3 min drive and deliver my food order that I payed for!!!!! I started making supper because my kids have to eat and is during the week and i have phoned customer service and then the phone was put down in my ear. I phone several times and because it was just after 9 pm. Our food came at 9 30 pm it is now 9:40 pm. Our food order is ice cold and we are short 2 milkshakes. I am very disappointed in your pathetic service and I am not happy and I wasted my money. I would actually ask you for a refund. I will also advise all not to buy from STEERS SOMERSET MAIN ROAD.!!! THIS IS UNEXCEPTIABLE AND RIDICULOUS!!!!
