steers sibaya service is pathetic

<p>on saturday the 20th may i visited the steers at sibaya casino. it was around 1 pm. the food court was not extremely busy but the service time at steers took forever. there was only one cashier who spent most of the time placing trays and taking phone calls than seeing to customers waiting in line. she was so dispondent and only when i asked about my order 10 minutes later did she say she is going to make the milk shake. this isnt the first time reciveing such bad service from a steers outlet. i eventually cancelled my order and took my money back. the concept of fast food has been lost and depleted by non customer focused staff. the managers need to re train on customer service and effectively manage lead times. </p>
