We placed an order at 17:20 for delivery. At 19:00 our order was not delivered yet. We called at around 19:10 and were asked to come pick up the order. I called ahead saying we're coming to pick up the order. When we came there, the order was not ready yet. We asked about the order and I showed my phone, confirming the order. About 15 minutes later we recieved our order. The order, however, was incorrect. They did not give the brat pack, which costs R44.90. They did not deduct the money from the delivery and tip, which was R30 in total. Meaning, Steers Showgate was not only slow with the order, they also ****** us of R74.90 and because it was paid online, they couldn't refund it. I'm sorry, but Steers Showgate Bloemfontein will never hear from me again.

Another lady before me also had a problem, where their husband was allergic to a specific item that was placed on their burger where the lady distinctly said to not add that item.
