Steers: Shocking service, and customer service!!

Had to wait 3 hours for a cold meal, whilst being deceived on the phone.

I wrote a review and was given a case number, which wasn't;t resolved, but got a message saying it was. This has now happened twice!!!!

Shocking service, honestly.
