Steers shell ultra city bad service,

Steers shell utra city in Queenstown Eastern Cape, worst service I've ever encountered today 20 December 2022. At 18:01 I placed an order for a full chicken cut into 8 pieces and large chips and I was told to fetch the order after 15 minutes. 18:35 that 34 minutes later I was there to collect my order, got assisted by a lady by the name Siwe Mzamane who has a very stinking attitude told me they don't have my order and that they are the 18:00 shift, not knowing I placed my after 18:00. She literally asked me what is it that I want her to do. I asked for the mamager and I was told to come the next morning if Im lucky I'll get him/ her. I wish you saw the facial expression and the cat walk when she was going around asking for a pen after I asked for her name & surname. Imagine a whole steers without a single pen, just wondered how they take orders or it was just an act to anoy me further. Talking to you now I'm having meat pies for supper.
