Steers Shell Newclares horrible service
I placed a order on the app at 09h10, its 10h10 and I still haven't received my order, I called the restaurant 2 times already and all that the manager says is that my order is almost here, his been saying so for the past 15 minutes already and still nothing. Steers at Shell Newclare have the worst service

25 Sept 2021, 10:45My meal has finally arrived at 10h40 do keep in mind I ordered at 09h10. My mean was sloppy, my chips were soggy and my food was ice cold, I will never refer or advise anyone to ever order from this place. I feel like I've been ********** of my own money honestly
