Steers Shell Diner - poor hygiene standards

I was travelling through Bloemfontein and stopped at the N1 Shell Pitstop to get something to eat at the Steers Shell Diner on 26 April 2025. I ordered two king steers burgers and left. Whilst eating my burger, I noticed a sachet of pepper sachet smooched in the sauce with a piece of pineapple. I was about an hour away from the franchise so I couldn't turn back to return it. I'm disgusted with the hygiene and quality standards of Steers and will not support them again.
