Steers Sheffield Lenasia serving expired food to us

On my off day I decided I need some takeaway food so that I don't have to cook, but just got the worst experience ever and I feel my money would have at least got lost instead of me driving so far just to throw it away.

Steers Sheffield in Lenasia, who do you Guys think you are cooking for? Animals? Coz if you think you are cooking for humans then you are highly disrespectful towards your customers

1stly you give me worst that tastes like cardboard, I bring that meal back and opt for something else so that I don't get the same crab as the one you originally gave me, then opted for chicken wings with chips, wings neither good nor bad but surely not value for my money, then upon trying to eat the chips, man! I have never tasted something so horrible, you can feel that the oil used was last changed in May, made another mistake by putting sauces, they were stale smelling like wet cloth left in the plastic bag for days, I even asked the lady to change the sauces and because I opted for wings there was a difference and I took Ice cream, chocolate sauce tasking like candle wax, and ice cream felt like it was mixed with water but the price doesn't match the quality.The cup doesn't even have a lid, poured half and added with chocolate sause just to make it look a bit full, yet the ice cream is R29 and you go to Roots you pay R10 for more ice cream tasking much better

All I have eaten out of my meal was one chicken wing and one potato chips and I just can't go further unless I am ready to hate steers for the rest of my life because it will be so long before the taste leaves my mind and my tongue, I can't even give this to the other person because it would be like I am disrespectful to them

Luckily I bought pizza as well so I will rather have it instead, but as for steers sheffield outlet or branch, you have left an awful taste that every time I see your name and logo I would always remember the experience you gave me today which is obviously not pleasant, would you rather lose customers than waste food which has passed its expiry date, just because you feel like increasing profits. I am your loyal customer, every time one complains about the quality of your food you start doing better until after some time you drop the ball again

Can the department of health or your head office just visit that branch and check the expiry dates on that Store's stock every now and then , coz really, wow just wow
