Steers service is ****ed up

I ordered food 2months back at 18.10 and the food got here at 20.30 and The food looked like it came out of a dog's mouth and the chips looked like they were from 2weeks back and ordered ice cream aswell and it wasn't delivered but my money was taken but until today nothing was done about it they called after my complain and said they will get back to me but they never did I hate steers all together just because of this one experience that I didn't get help for even when those people called they went bordered and never called back they even gave me a what'sapp number to whatsapp them and they only responded by saying can they get back to me ever since then they blue ticking me I hate steers shame was going passed the pictures of Thier ****ty food that was delivered to me and remembered they haven't even bordered themselves to get back to me since
