Steers service is disgusting!

I ordered from Steers Engen Sarnia at 5. 25 p.m. An hour later, I phoned to find out where my order was and was told they were very busy, but it should arrive by 7 p.m. They are now closed and no order ever arrived, leaving my 83 year old mother without supper. We ordered from Debonairs instead and will NEVER order Steers again. This is not an isolated incident, as I have problems with delivery every time I have ordered. This must be the worst branch of Steers.
