Steers service and food

I placed an order on the 26th of this month at 18.10 at Steers in dobsonville before I can even go further as the order was placed at 18.10 I only received it at 20.30 with no sort of communication or what so ever and when I received the delivery it was wet and sloppy only to find that the food is cold and the burgers I had order were just smashed as if they came out of a dog's mouth wet boxes that were torn sauces everywhere and the cheese was outside of the box instead of inside the burger and the chips were dry they just looked like yesterday's chips and the ice cream I had ordered was not received aswell I had complained to the store but no help I have never in my entire life had such a ****ed up service ever my money just went to waste #order number : ***9
