steers service

I ordered a meal at steers Cavendish Square, upon my order arrival I notice that the meal I orderd was not the same as the one ordered, but I I then contacted steers instead of helping both the manager and the person who were helping were rude even though I showed the a proof of my order they denied it and told me that it's not their issue. I escalated the issue to customer service and it's been more than 3 months no response or resolution
