Steers serve raw chicken

Bought 2 x wackt Wednesday burgers yesterday. 2 beef and 2 chicken and asked for Lemon and Herb sauce which I paid for. When I got home no sauces and chicken was pink and raw. Go to the branch this morning and the manager just say eish sorry... What type of service is this😡
