Steers Sasolburg's horrible Full chicken and chips

Bought full chicken and large chips from Steers Sasolburg, the way I was furious when I got them, the chicken was undercooked, didn't have any seasoning and no lemon and herbs sauce as we ordered it,had to seasoning it and cook it in the oven and the chips u could count them
